The Solutions Unlimited Now (SUN) is a fun life skills group program which will enhance teens, college students and Seniors ability to solve problems, learn empathy, bond with peers and adults, and learn to enhance social skills by working in a group setting with a professional adult facilitator. The Ten Step process of making decisions with others who are just like you helps participants make better decisions and feel the support of the group. The SUN Program has been researched and shown to get results helping participants learn how to solve their problems.

The SUN group experience will include snacks at each meeting, a pizza party and other special times with your new friends.  Join and make your weekly meeting a time a to have fun and make friends with a group of great peers.  Many community organizations who have offered SUN  encourage you to be a part of the SUN group crowd.

Once a week the group will meet for an hour and a half and discuss the various issues the SUN group members choose.  The group will help by being a team and working through the  TEN (10) Steps of solving the problem. It is important that when you come to the group you are able to set everything else aside and be ready to help other group members, just as they will be ready to help you.

Everyone has a problem sometimes.  It's nice to know that we are not alone and that we can help each other.  It's also important that the group is confidential, so that it is safe to share information. What that means is what is talked about in the group, stays in the group. The only exception is when someone's life or safety is in danger.  Being a part of the SUN group is voluntary. You should be in the group, because you want to.
