The Florida Initiative for Solving Problems is collaborating with the Broward County Elder

and Veteran's Division and Nova Southeastern University to structure the New SUNshine

Club Sun Program for Seniors.  This will be a new service to the seniors in Broward County. 

 

The SUNshine Club program will offer seniors a confidential safe and secure location a

to go to share their problems with peers and a professional FISP trained facilitator.  In this

structured program that will foster new problem solving skills, social contact and skills and

allow seniors an opportunity to feel comfortable while having some fun with ice breaker

games and sharing time together.
